1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adgrow ("Service"), operated by IEXC Ventures Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Description of Service

Adgrow is a social media automation platform that allows users to schedule posts, generate AI-powered content, manage multiple brands, and analyze performance across social media platforms including Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.

3. Account Registration

To use Adgrow, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your email address
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Adgrow offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Business) billed in Indian Rupees (INR). By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year
• Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Adgrow. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal date.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
• Monthly Plans: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the billing date and the account has used fewer than 20% of allocated credits.
• Annual Plans: Eligible for a pro-rata refund for unused months if requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans.
• Credit Top-ups: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The account has been terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service
• More than 7 days have passed since the billing date
• More than 20% of the monthly credits have been consumed
• The refund request is for a free trial period

6. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial with limited credits. Only one free trial per user or organization is permitted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Adgrow to:

• Post spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate any social media platform's terms of service
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

8. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create and post through Adgrow. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate content suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. Adgrow makes no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEXC Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Adgrow service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Adgrow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. IEXC Ventures Private Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of India.
