Adgrow is an AI-powered platform that helps you create, schedule, and publish content to social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Telegram, and to generate text and images using AI.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (PhonePe) according to the plan you select.
• Certain features consume credits included with your plan; credit usage is shown in your account.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Where a free-trial or bonus period applies, it is described at the time of purchase.
• We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Adgrow to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of each platform through Adgrow is also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies (including those of Meta, X, and Telegram). You are responsible for ensuring your content and activity comply with those terms. You may disconnect any platform at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or spam content, or violate any platform’s rules.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Resell or misuse the Service, or automate abuse of connected platforms.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, to publish it to the platforms you connect). You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

The Service can generate text and images using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate or unintended, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring generated content is appropriate and complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Adgrow and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party platforms will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adgrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
