• Connected social accounts — when you link a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, X (Twitter) account, or Telegram, we receive access tokens and account identifiers via the platform’s official OAuth flow so we can publish and manage content on your behalf.
• Content you create — posts, captions, images (including AI-generated images), schedules, and brand settings you upload or generate in the Service.
• Payment information — subscription and billing details processed by our payment provider (PhonePe). We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
• Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and actions taken in the Service, used to operate and improve the platform.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including publishing and scheduling posts to the platforms you connect.
• Generate content and images you request using AI features.
• Process subscriptions, credits, and payments, and send transactional emails (e.g., verification, renewal reminders).
• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve features and user experience.

When you connect a third-party platform, we access only the data and permissions you authorize through that platform’s OAuth consent screen — for example, the ability to publish posts, read the pages/accounts you manage, and retrieve basic post insights. We use this access solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell platform data, and our use complies with the terms and developer policies of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X (Twitter), and Telegram. You can revoke our access at any time from within the Service or from the platform’s own app settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

• Meta, X (Twitter), and Telegram — to publish and manage the content you schedule.
• OpenAI — to generate text and images you request.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — to store and serve images.
• PhonePe — to process payments.
• Email delivery provider — to send transactional emails.
• Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, and the Service.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may delete connected social accounts at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at iexcadv@gmail.com. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any records we must retain by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.
